About LaTawnia Kintz

Greetings in the name of the Lord! First I want to thank each of you for visiting this site. My prayer is that you will be blessed, refreshed and encouraged from what you will read and learn on this site. Everything about this site is dedicated to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

A little about myself... I am a Christian, a student of the Word, a mother, a sister, an aunt, an employee, a Bible teacher, and a woman.

Why did I say it that way? Because we tend to define ourselves according to what we do not necessarily who we are. And I am a Christian.

Now, just to assure you, I am NOT a super Christian. I fall, I fail, I struggle, I run, I will even disobey. But I also stand back up, stop running, repent, believe, and do what my Lord asked me to do.

I believe the Lord called me to teach and preach His Word, from an early age. I remember reading Isaiah 6:8 when I was a child. I was so overcome with the Spirit of the Lord, I, like Isaiah, said, "Here am I! Send me."

Since then, I have been given the opportunity to teach His Word in the church. I have taught all ages, from toddlers to adults.

I was the Youth Leader of the youth group that had people from the ages of 13-30, and I was only 16 years old. Now, I'm not telling you that to brag on myself, but to encourage someone who may be in a similar situation. There were many times when I didn't know what to say or do and the Lord always provided the way and words. Trust Him.

I obtained my bachelors degree in Biblical Theology in 2000. Not that that makes me any smarter. The diploma does work well as wallpaper in the bathroom though. (Just a little tired humor there.)

I have written several bible study syllabi's for the church. I have even written a booklet. So I'm not a complete novice when it comes to writing. But there might be an occasional typo....

The Lord gave me a wonderful opportunity to teach pastors, deacons and elders from over twenty-five churches in Pakistan. That was an incredible experience. How the Lord moved! I shall never forget that.

I believe the Lord gives gifts and callings to everyone (without repentance) and the gift He gave me is teaching. I love to teach someone, anyone, even my dogs (who look at me like I'm weird) what the Lord has shown me. Even at my job I find myself teaching a customer how a particular part works. It is a natural gift given to me by God; to be used by God.

Therefore, I am going to teach His Word to you, as He directs. My prayer is that you will come away with a better grasp of the Bible and a closer relationship with our Lord.

My pastors and dear friends will be monitoring the content of each teaching and keeping me straight. I never want to be guilty of teaching error. The only thing I want to teach is the gospel of Jesus Christ. I want to show you, my dear one, how the gospel message is evident through out the whole Bible.

Thank you for joining me on this journey. Sit beside me by the still waters and allow the Spirit of the Living God to restore your soul.
